Our evaluation process is built on transparency, rigor, and credibility. Every entry undergoes a strict blind-tasting process, ensuring that judges assess each product solely on its merit—free from bias related to brand, origin, or reputation.

How Judging Works

All Wines. Spirits  and all categories are evaluated by expert panels consisting of 3–5 professionals, carefully selected and organized by category. Judges collaborate to discuss and score entries, combining individual expertise with collective consensus.

Each product is assessed using a structured scoring system based on:

  • Aroma / Nose

  • Flavor / Palate• Balance & Complexity

  • Finish

  • Overall Quality & Typicity


Top-performing entries may advance to sweepstakes rounds, where they are re-evaluated to determine Best in Class and the ultimate Best of Show winners.

How to Ship Your Samples

Provide two bottles of each product in the registered competition.

Do not ship samples until your entry has been officially accepted and a shipping timeline has been provided.

Each competition will include country-specific requirements, including recommended couriers and
detailed instructions.

  • Attach a shipping label to each package

  • Download labels directly from your chosen courier

Multiple entries may be shipped in the same box. Please avoid overly bulky or heavy packaging while ensuring all products are securely protected during transit.

  • 3 entries may be shipped in one case (12 bottles)

  • 2 entries may be shipped in two cases (2 × 6 bottles)

• Maximum Dimensions: 41 × 36 × 37 cm
• Maximum Weight: Approx. 8 kg

The proforma invoice must be affixed to the outside of each shipment.
